Vertical Village is a residential tower located in Montrose District in Houston, Texas. The building reimagins the conventional residential solutions in Houston, namely the vast sprawl of single family housing or chuncky mid-rise residential tower adjacent to parking tower. The Building only occupies the south end of the site, distancing from the noise coming from the freeway and freeing up spaces for generous communal green space; the parking is resolved through underground garage. Each residential unit has unique configuration, mostly two-floor condos that ranges from one bedrrom to four bedrooms which can accomodate family of various sizes.
